If you’re feeling stuck and you just know you’re not realising your full creative potential, maybe you need some accountability and guidance to help you get where you want to be.
Most artists and creative types feel like they have to go it alone and that solitude is part of the artist’s journey. This is just not true and it’s a mindset that is probably holding you back.
Musician, Author & Creativity Coach, Seamus Anthony
I know how you feel. I’ve been making music since I was 13 and released the first of many CDs waaay back in 1995. However, at some point, something inside me just crumpled up and died. From 2001 to 2008 I didn’t finish a thing—and I was miserable. I felt too old. I judged my own work as being junk. I procrastinated. I even told myself I didn’t NEED to make music anymore, which was nonsense.
But then, in 2007 I fathered my first child and for the first time I felt totally and completely accountable to someone else. Now, many people hang up their guitars or paint brushes or whatever when they become a parent, but for me, that accountability to someone else spurred me into action. I remember the first time I held that little girl in my arms, I suddenly discovered how much I NEED to let my creativity flow through me and out into the world.
So I started opening up to others who were making their own impact in the world, and I really discovered how important being held accountable and opening up to somebody who understands the struggles and challenges of being a creative person is. Instead of keeping my feelings about my creative struggles and dreams all bottled up inside, I began to talk about it – at first with other creative friends and eventually with my own creativity coach and mentors. I found that this was really all it took to get moving again. It really cleared away my creative blocks. I quit procrastinating. I quit judging all my own work, I got loads of new ideas and I just got on with it.
As a result, I released a new CD in 2008 and, between music and my other creative love, writing, I have released or published something every year since. To be specific, I’ve released 7 recorded singles, EPs or albums and two books. I’ve also released video clips, umpteen blog posts, performed all over the place live, either solo or in bands and I’ve built an email list following of over 5000 people.
OK look – I don’t want to overstate things. I’m not a rock star nor a New York Times best selling author (yet!) but the point is, I discovered how to release my creative blocks, stop negatively judging my own creative work and stop procrastinating. I still get a little flutter of fear in my belly every time I put something new out there and I still have work to do on myself as a Creative, but the fact is, I have found my creative flow. I would love to help you to do the same.
I know just how much more satisfied you could be if only you could release your creative blocks and get into a better head-space around your creative abilities and desires.
I’m here to help. I can’t promise you that I can turn you into a world-famous superstar but I do know I can help you get unstuck and become the creative powerhouse that you and I both know that you really could be … if only … if only …
We need to talk about those “if only’s”…
So, I’m offering a very limited number of private coaching sessions to help you get unstuck and achieve your full creative potential.
I can’t take on too many clients, because I am busy with my own creative work, so places are limited and when they fill, this introductory offer will end, and the price will go up, so get in early at the best price I can swing!

What my clients are saying…
Brando Williams, New York
“The single biggest problem I was facing as a creative person was confidence—in myself, in my creations, and the value my creativity can bring to others. Seamus’s coaching has helped me focus on the aspects of my creativity I can control like my daily work habit, setting personal goals, and actually sharing my art with the public. Not only has this had an immediate impact on my focus, creative output, and ability to complete projects, but it has helped me gain confidence in who I am and what I am doing. Working with Seamus has been invaluable for my creative life.”
Here’s what you get:
- No contracts: there are no minimum amount of sessions required and absolutely no contracts. You are free to stop or pause your coaching at any time.
- My undivided attention: We hook up for one hour on Skype at an agreed time convenient to you. These sessions are all about you and your needs as a Creative. I won’t waste time discussing the weather or banging on about myself, every minute will be about how we can help you to overcome your creative blocks in the shortest possible time.
- Email communication everyday: That’s right, every day. Most coaches “allow” one email per week only – and for good reason, to protect their valuable time. However, as your Creativity Coach, it is super important to me that you get the support you need as you embark on your latest creative adventures. So, you can email me as much as you want, and I promise to reply at least once per day.
- Detailed Call Notes: A PDF of the main points covered in each Skype session, including challenges you’ve flagged, long term goals and short action steps you’ve decided to commit to. This enables you to go back over the details of your call when you need reminding what the plan is!
- Peace of mind: My personal, 100% satisfaction guarantee. Read on…
Here’s the thing: I don’t want your money unless you are fully satisfied that your investment is giving you the results that you seek. So, I guarantee that if we work together and I do not help you to shift your creative blocks, I will insist on giving your money back.
The only caveat is this: during the sessions, we’ll both agree on some work that you’ll need to do during the week before we meet again. If you don’t get it all finished it won’t be the end of our working relationship or anything, but you will need to put some effort in to get the most value out of your investment.
By the way, I’ve never had to refund anyone. #justsaying 🙂
Oh and that reminds me … while there are no contracts and no minimum amount of coaching sessions (you can stop or pause any time), you shouldn’t come into this unless you are notionally prepared to invest in at least 3 sessions over 3 months. The reason for this is that I want you to succeed but Rome wasn’t built in a day, so I only want to work with people who are in this for the long haul. However, rest assured, you can stop at any time without financial penalty.
Look, that’s probably enough from me now. The ball’s now firmly in your court.
What my clients are saying…
Georgina Taylor, Melbourne
Thank you so much, Seamus! Really enjoyed our session today, and the way you’ve organized the notes is super clear and actionable.
Creativity coaching with you has been a massive help in bringing me to understand how I can integrate creative activity into a day-to-day life that demands I focus on so-called “higher priorities”, such as making money.
I’m feeling much more hopeful about the future today, from a professional and a creative standpoint — and my ability to fuse these together!”
The decision is yours: You can either keep trying to go it alone or you can work with me to get your creativity flowing.
I’m here for you. Let’s do this.
